Total disaster. Order paralized in Spanish customs. More than 200€ to be paid by us. It did not happen in the past, when the orders arrived with no complaints. Something has changed in the way you send the parcels, and now we are facing huge problems and costs.
As the products are delivered by you without any documentation regarding description of the products, Spanish Customs service requested information about the composition of the brass alloys. The test report provided by the supplier does not show the reference of the goods that I purchased. For this reason the test has been rejected.
Metal analysis are now going to be carried out by spanish authorities in order to find out if cobalt or nickel is found in the alloy.
This has been a terrible purchase experience. It will take 1 moth to get the result. As you will understand, such costs and delays can not be supported by my customers, we lost credibility and, of course, they cancelled their purchase orders.
I am sorry to say that this has been the last purchase for us, we won't repeat it.
